Decades of griddle time

Waffle House has been flipping breakfast for generations, first as a neighbourhood fixture in New Westminster.

In 2024 we moved the whole operation to Surrey and kept what mattered: the booths, the regulars, the waffle iron. What changed is the plate. The kitchen leaned into technique, and the menu grew up with it.
